Over twelve years at organizations like Electronic Arts, VRBO/Expedia, Social Solutions, and Spiceworks, I built customer lifecycle programs from scratch, (re-)designed and built customer and partner success operations, managed global teams, and created the frameworks for my people do their work with clarity and accountability.
Interwoven with this experience is my continuing education and professional development through my MA, Creative Leadership, which has strengthened my knowledge in systems thinking, liberatory leadership, cultural competency, design thinking, non-hierarchical and expansive organizational structures, and regenerative sustainability. All of this is grounded in the central belief that humans thrive when they understand the deeper meaning of the work, understand their role in it, trust in their team, and feel a sense of belonging.
I bring this human-centered praxis to operational and organizational work, and my focus is helping you build something that is sustainable, because it is designed around how people really work and what they genuinely need.
I'm especially drawn to mission-driven, community-based, and culture organizations—nonprofits, social impact technology, educational organizations, arts and culture, philanthropic institutions, NGOs—where the work is focused on supporting communities, driving systemic change, and creating spaces for thriving.

Facilitating leadership development for emerging creative leaders
As a coach/consultant for the MA Creative Leadership program at MCAD, I design and facilitate sessions on leadership, systems thinking, and organizational change for graduate students navigating real professional and cultural challenges. The work combines direct coaching with facilitated group learning, creating spaces where emerging leaders can practice their leadership thinking. I partner with program leadership to evolve curriculum and improve student experience, bringing human-centered and emergent strategy frameworks into an educational context where they can do real work.
