I'm a queer Black Texas native currently living in my pink dream home in South Austin and traveling the globe when the wanderlust hits and the work calls.  I harness the unique strengths of my beautifully neurodivergent brain to cultivate vibrant workspaces, programs, and strategies that foster cooperation, connection, and creativity.​

I've worked across a tapestry of customer success and client operations roles, specializing in leadership/team management, relationship management, project & program management, and client operations. In individual contributor and manager roles, I've worked across a gamut of industries, including gaming & entertainment, travel & hospitality, internet & technology, SaaS, marketing & advertising, and retail. I've worked on and with teams of high-performing account managers, product lifecycle managers, customer success managers, and strategists working with customers in both B2B and B2C. I've led teams of all sizes, and managed both individual contributors and managers.

I love building imaginative strategies, exploring innovative approaches to business operations, and designing beautifully functional systems.  I'm an advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion, driving initiatives for accessibility, hiring & growing underrepresented talent, and championing the rights of my LGTBQIA+, disabled and BIPOC communities.

I am currently working on my Master's in Creative Leadership from Minneapolis College of Art & Design, where I'm focused on weaving the practices of artists & designers into my work: creating innovative programs and strategies that center and celebrate inclusivity, diversity, and accessibility.
